Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Workshop Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Workshop Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our engineering projects by coordinating activities, maintaining documentation, and providing essential administrative support.

The main responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate engineering activities
  • Organise and maintain engineering documentation, including technical specifications, test reports, and certification documents
  • Composing Email updates to customer & internal chases / escalations
  • Analyse reports generated from engineering activities.
  • Ensure that data input into relevant systems is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Carrying out reasonable adhoc duties as requested by your line

Our ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an engineering or technical environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
