MV+2 Clean & Service
The Miller’s Vanguard proactive simultaneous Planned Preventative Maintenance and Technical Hygienic Deep Clean teams operate hand-in-glove with our Reactive Engineering division MV+1.

C&S Technicians are responsible for industrial cleaning of all devices within various departments of supermarkets such as the bakery, catering and hot food areas, dissembling certain equipment for a more thorough deep clean.​
MV+3 Installations & Warehousing
Our in-house Logistics operation delivers, installs and trains on equipment nationwide throughout the year via our specialist team of dedicated electro-mechanical Installations Engineers.

Both reactive and planned, our MV+3 teams ensure that our customers’ equipment is stored, delivered, installed and uplifted to exacting standards.​
MV+4 Equipment Factory
Supporting all our operations is our extensive state-of-the-art Equipment Factory, covering 40,000sq ft, dedicated to refurbishing and reworking raw devices to recycle into our customers estates.

This remanufacturing operation involves several refined processes to restore foodservice production devices/electro-mechanical equipment to as good as new condition and then returned back into customers estates. This recycling process delivers tangible savings to all customers whilst reducing their carbon footprint.​
MV+5 Micro-Electronics Laboartory
Our in-house expert Printed Circuit Board (PCB) and Micro-Electronics Laboratory develops and provides innovative technology to support our MV+1 Reactive Engineering and MV+4 Equipment Factory Operations.

Predominately recycling Printed Circuit Boards through thorough and comprehensive repair, refurb process down to component level, reworking and reprogramming.​
MV+6 Training & Research
Our purpose-built Training Academy delivers structured City & Guilds accredited daily coaching and development to all our operational divisions and customers.

In conjunction the Research and Development division refines existing Service Operating Procedures & Method Statements whilst developing new disciplines for the wider business.​
MV+7 Parts Distribution
Our Parts Distribution and Stores function services all our key departments. From procurement to parts warehousing this end-to-end supply chain provides our Field Engineering Team instant access to our global supply chain inventory.

This 24/7 distribution network offers same and next day parts to our field engineers, guaranteeing efficient and effective equipment fix rate.​
MV+8 Warehousing
Covering in excess of 100,000 sq ft of warehousing, holding an extensive stock of new, refurbished and reconditioned equipment meaning our MV+3 Installations Division is well prepared to respond to the needs of our customers.
MV+9 Operations Centre
Our cutting-edge Operations Centre is our technical hub, controlling the service workflow and field-based engineering resource. Housing our various teams of electro-mechanical support, asset management, call handling and customer contact.

This engineering support centre receives over 120,000 calls per year and plans 130,000 Preventative Maintenance visits across 100,000+ assets nationwide.​

Dedicated to supporting our customers with the provision of new and refurbished replacement equipment. Sourcing a wide portfolio of devices, from both within the Ali Group of Companies and from across UK, European and North American equipment manufacturers.
