If you have hands-on experience with Bakery and Catering equipment and a strong technical background, this role could be a perfect fit. Whether you’re an Electromechanical Technical Advisor or an Engineer ready to step into a support position, we want to hear from you!

Your Role:

As our Technical Support Advisor, you’ll be the go-to expert, assisting field-based engineers in diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

✔ Providing real-time technical support to engineers to troubleshoot faults
✔ Interpreting technical manuals to ensure accurate part identification
✔ Assessing the priority of reactive calls based on severity
✔ Triage jobs to streamline resource planning and improve efficiency
✔ Transcribing verbal technical details from engineers into company systems
✔ Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues with precision

What You Bring:

We’re looking for someone with a strong technical skillset and problem-solving mindset. You should have:

🔹 Solid understanding of wiring schematics and technical documentation
🔹 Expertise in electrical and mechanical systems
🔹 Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
🔹 Strong communication abilities
🔹 A high level of computer literacy
🔹 Familiarity with industry-specific tools and technologies
🔹 The ability to research and adapt to new equipment
