Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join our Coffee Division and play a vital role in supporting our Coffee Category Manager. This is more than an administration role. You’ll become an integral part of a growing and ambitious team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers. Through accurate reporting, strong process management and proactive customer support, you’ll help demonstrate the transparency, honesty and professionalism that underpin our customer partnerships. Working closely with both internal teams and key customer stakeholders, you’ll help ensure our coffee operations run smoothly while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Coffee Category Manager with day-to-day account management activities and administrative tasks.
  • Act as a professional and reliable point of contact for customers, providing clear and timely communication.
  • Prepare and coordinate quarterly business review packs, gathering, collating and presenting relevant information.
  • Utilise CAFM systems to monitor service delivery performance and coordinate actions with internal stakeholders.
  • Support customer relationship development, including occasional corporate hospitality.
  • Analyse and interpret service and performance data, helping to create meaningful reports and insights.
  • Work closely with operational, commercial and support teams to ensure customer expectations and service commitments are consistently achieved.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure high standards of data quality and process compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and support the ongoing development of the Coffee Division.

About You

We’re looking for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys working with data and processes and takes pride in delivering a first-class customer experience. You will have:

  • Extensive experience in an administrative, customer-facing or service focused role.
  • Previous account management support experience (desirable but not essential).
  • Confidence working with systems, data and reporting tools.
  • A willingness to learn CAFM systems and develop knowledge of operational performance management.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
