Job Description

We are looking for a Sales administrator to join our sales & admin team. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about quotes and purchase orders. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices.

The Role:

  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Help solve customer requests via email or over the phone
  • Process orders, ensuring payments are correct
  • Provide quotations for customers
  • Issue invoices
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure pricing is correct
  • Assess and understand service reports, reporting faults.
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Customer service advisor
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication but can also work on own initiative.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Computer literate
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent and accurate task management is important to manage the diverse list of jobs
  • IT skills – excellent written communication and software skills
