National Contracts Administration Assistant

Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organised National Contracts Administration Assistant to assist with the preparation, review and management of service contracts across both Miller’s Vanguard and our sister company, Service-Line.
Working alongside a team of dedicated Account Managers, the successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, have a flexible attitude and willingness to undertake regularly changing work programmes, along with strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
Your Role:
- Assisting in the preparation of annual and quarterly contract reviews alongside the Account Managers.
- Ensuring the timely preparation, costing and issuance of contracts to both new and existing customers.
- Checking all paperwork and documentation is completed correctly and promptly.
- Coordinate with various departments across the business involved in the contract process.
- Maintenance of customer asset database within relevant systems to ensure accurate contract costs alongside maintaining an organised contract filing system.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Ability to use a variety of MS Office and IT software packages.
- Ability to manage personal workload in an efficient, flexible and timely manner.
- Excellent and professional communication skills and high level of attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability to various work requirements.
- Development of customer and colleague relationships.
- Speed and accuracy in managing administration records.
- Previous account/contract administration experience desired but not essential.
