We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Quotes and Claims Team Leader to oversee our quotes and claims. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for generating accurate quotes for our customers. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and optimising our revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of quotes and claims specialists.
• Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback to team members.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, address challenges, and share best practices.
• Invoicing on our internal system and approving invoices from external subcontractors for reactive works.
• Conduct screening calls to confirm the accuracy of customer information and ensure proper use of services.
• Verify that customers are following proper housekeeping and maintenance protocols to prevent misuse of services or products.
• Liaising with technical department to confirm correct parts and labour on quote.

• Proven experience in a leadership role within quotes and claims.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and software systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
