Job Description

We now have a great opportunity to join our busy Commercial team at our operations centre based in Bury.

Duties will include:

  • Process Customer Orders: Efficiently manage and process incoming customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Generate Reports: Create and maintain comprehensive reports on sales, customer interactions, and order status to support decision-making and strategy development.
  • Ad-Hoc Commercial Requests: Respond to and manage ad-hoc commercial requests from clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring all needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Timely Follow-Ups: Handle chases from clients and internal teams, ensuring all queries and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Quoting for Ad Hoc Works: Provide accurate and competitive quotes for ad hoc work requests, considering client requirements and company capabilities.
  • Maintain SLA’s: To proactively monitor outstanding works to ensure SLAs are met in a timely manner.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the commercial bakery & catering equipment or related industry.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
