Job Description
We’re looking for a Commercial Administration Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations within our busy Commercial Department. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, accuracy, and driving smooth processes from quote to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all Commercial Department activities within Sage 200, including raising and managing Sales Orders and Purchase Orders.
- Ensure all orders are processed, dispatched, and receipted in a timely and accurate manner.
- Create, issue, and follow up on customer quotations, ensuring prompt responses and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate installations and deliveries with customers, ensuring clear communication and scheduling.
- Work closely with suppliers, engineers, and internal teams to support commercial activity and resolve any order or invoicing discrepancies.
- Monitor commercial administration KPIs and identify process improvements across the department.
- Support the wider team with reporting, documentation, and data integrity within Sage 200.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Proven experience using Sage 200 (2 years minimum) – this is essential.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator who can liaise professionally with both customers and suppliers.
- Experience in a commercial, administrative, or operations environment.
- Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
