Job Description

Reporting directly to the Information Systems Manager, the Junior Applications Project Manager will be responsible for assisting the department in scoping, planning and delivering applications-based projects to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Assist with planning, scheduling, and executing tasks to support timely project delivery.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update project documentation, including timelines and progress reports.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between stakeholders, team members, and clients, ensuring smooth information flow.
  • Monitoring & Tracking: Track progress with management tools, alerting the Project Manager of potential delays or issues.
  • Support: Provide administrative support by organising meetings, preparing presentations, and drafting reports.
  • Risk Management: Identify minor project risks and work with senior management to implement solutions.
  • PowerApps Management: Create and maintain business PowerApps as required. Liaise with Data & Reporting team to ensure success.

  • Redledge
  • Sage
  • SolarVista
  • PowerApps

  • Contribution to development and delivery of strategic planning for the business IT
  • Keep up to date with current and future developments of business applications
  • Liaise with providers to ensure maximum value gained from software investments
