Based in our Operation Centre in Bury this newly created position will help you develop career-long skills within this fast-paced dynamic business environment working alongside a collaborative and driven team.

You will be comfortable in understanding mechanical/electrical technical details and translating it into easy-to-understand reports. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, where getting it right first time is a prerequisite. This exciting role is for anyone who loves organising, researching, creative writing and who is a commercial, positive.

Job Role:

• Analyse information provided by Field based engineers and produce documents that are a easy to understand.
• Ensure all information on parts and costings are accurate and relevant.
• Utilise photo evidence to support claims and costs.
• Report on areas where information provided is inaccurate or insubstantial.
