This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in recruitment. No previous recruitment experience is required as full training will be provided. We’re looking for an organised, confident individual with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the recruitment process from job vacancy approval through to onboarding.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Posting vacancies across job boards and Internal platforms
• Tracking applications and shortlisting suitable candidates
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating diaries
• Conducting candidate telephone appointments
• Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Managing recruitment records and applicant tracking systems
• Preparing offer letters and employment paperwork
• Producing recruitment reports and any ad-hoc administrative support
• Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organisational and administration skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Microsoft teams.
• Good attention to detail
• Professional and friendly approach
• Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous administration or customer service experience would be advantageous but is not essential
