Miller’s Vanguard, a Specialist Maintenance Provider for Bakery & Catering Equipment, are looking for a strip and rebuild Technician to join their workshop-based team at Mossfield Mill. The purpose of the role is primarily the stripping and rebuilding of coffee concession stands. Whilst working individually for the most part, the successful candidate will also be part of a strong team, working together to meet targets and maintain quality of the highest standard, providing reliable assets to some of the UK’s leading coffee vendors. 

Duties to Include:

• The strip and cleaning of coffee concession for Pest returns
• To complete tasks within time scales and to the expected high standard
• To strip coffee concession awaiting refurbishment process
• To work alongside the workshop team to complete tasks as efficiently as possible
• To carry out reasonable ad hoc duties within the company as detailed by the Workshop Manager

The Ideal Candidate will have the Following:

• Previous experience with mechanical or electromechanical equipment (but not essential)
• Experience with hand tools and bench fitting
• Possess high levels of integrity and drive to succeed
• Demonstrates an honest and diligent approach to work
• The ability to work as part of a team
• Possess a positive / can-do attitude
