Hours – Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5pm with a rotational weekend rota (1 in 5)
£25,000 + an additional £2,080 p.a for weekends

Due to increased business growth an opportunity has arisen for a Call Handler to join our operations team  at our FM centre in Bury.

This role will focus on: –

• To plan and route engineers by job prioritisation efficiently.
• Maximising productivity by minimising travel.
• Successfully meet customer ETA.

Our ideal candidate:

• Experience in a similar role
• Previous geographical routing experience
• Good communicator
• Good level of computer literacy
